General Description of Duties:- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Core Responsibility:- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Who to Report:Reports directly to the HR Manager or HR Director.
Terms & Conditions:If a candidate wants to resign the company, then he/she has to inform before 15 days. Uniform amount is payable after completion of 1 year to the date of joining. Salary of notice period will be paid as per company salary schedule. If your work is not as per the expectation then VR have the rights to immediately discontinue with the candidate. 15 days of training amount will be deducted if candidate leaves within 6 months of joining.
